The coroner conducting an inquest into the cause of the 2012
Dana Air crash delivered his verdict, Tuesday, with a 9-point
recommendation urging governments at all levels to establish effective
emergency response units.
According to Magistrate Oyetade Komolafe, the coroner revealed his verdict about the cause of the air mishap, which claimed over 150 lives, saying that it couldn't be "determined for now" because the Accident Investigation Bureau (AIB) had not concluded investigation as to the cause of the plane crash.
"What the AIB submitted to the inquest was their preliminary report," Mr. Komolafe added.
